It all started with a vision. For co-creation. A community of meikers and entrepreneurs, supporting each other. A place to be inspired, experiment and grow. A place that fosters entrepreneurship and attracts new workers to Valmiera and its region. A co-working workshop as an integral part of Valmiera - the centre of creative industries in Vidzeme.

DARE was born.

Today at the DARE co-creation workshop you can realise new ideas. Here, a flight of ideas becomes a prototype and an enterprising maverick becomes a new company.

We work on the principles of makerspace - co-creation.

Makerspace means "makerspace". It's a place for like-minded people to come together, share creative ideas, build products, share experience and technical equipment.

That's what DARE is. We are entrepreneurs and self-employed people, business creators, designers, craftspeople, artisans, architects, students, students and parents with children.
